The KRAV organization is working on developing organic standards and promoting the KRAV brand. The organization has been very successful with a 98% brand recognition amongst Swedish consumers. This might be one of the reasons Swedish consumers are moving towards organic food, which quite often is seen in the stores with outsold shelves of organic dairy products, vegtables and fruit. As a matter of fact the consumption of organic apples rose a stunning 500% since 2012, according to Swedish newspaper DN.
